Phase 2 | Activation & Design (2026)

Purpose: Turn intent into momentum.

This phase centres on active fundraising and partnership development, alongside identifying and securing suitable land. It involves close collaboration with specialist architects, builders, and construction innovators, including modular and 3D-printing startups, to shape environments that are both practical and forward-thinking.

At the same time, support programs for autistic people are co-designed with lived experience at the core, working alongside industry professionals to address food systems, daily living, sensory environments, and personal autonomy. The outcome of this phase is land secured, funding pathways in motion, and programs designed with real-world expertise and intent.

Phase 3 | Build, Proof & Scale (2026–2031)

Build & First Residency

Construction and fit-out are completed, operational systems are finalised, and staffing models are established. The first residents are welcomed into purpose-built environments designed around autonomy, sensory safety, and dignity.

Day-to-day operations are stabilised through consistent service delivery, staff development, and ongoing refinement of support programs. Feedback from residents and support teams informs continuous improvement across daily living, food systems, and environmental design.

Measurement & Proof of Concept

Structured outcome tracking is implemented to measure wellbeing, independence, and quality of life. Data collection, evaluation, and reporting create a clear evidence base that demonstrates impact and informs future decision-making.

Expansion & Replication

Expansion & Replication

With a proven model in place, the focus shifts to growth. Additional residences are developed, scaling to up to 18 dwellings over five years, while documenting learnings to ensure the model can be replicated without losing its values or integrity.
